next-convert is a free tool that converts files in your web browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time, and we don't guarantee that the site will always be available.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. Because conversions happen on your device, we never receive them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert and use the files you process.

Acceptable use

Don't use next-convert for anything unlawful, don't try to disrupt or overload the site, and don't present a copy of the site as your own service.

No warranty

next-convert is provided as is. We work to make conversions accurate, but we can't guarantee that every file converts correctly or that results are fit for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, next-convert is not liable for any loss of data, profit or other damage that results from using the site.

Open-source software

next-convert includes open-source software that is licensed under its own terms. The about page lists these projects and their licenses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date below the title shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
