Found a bug, missing a format or have a question? Send an email and we'll get back to you.
Reporting a problem
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone
- The file type and roughly how large the file is
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- The message the converter showed, if any
Please don't send private files. A description is usually enough, and if we need a sample we'll ask for one you are comfortable sharing.
Requesting a format
Tell us which format you want to convert from and to, and what you use it for. Requests help us decide what to add next.
